Buffalo Wild Wings Blitz
Buffalo Wild Wings went big in 2024—with all 9 locations across the Greater Miami Valley joining forces to raise over $4,000 for the Rubber Duck Regatta! Staff rallied customers with in-store signage, QR codes, and duck-themed challenges. Their team spirit and commitment made them the top team fundraiser of the year—and fan-favorite duck racers!

From lunchroom raffles to friendly department rivalries, URS staff members dove into duck adoptions with heart! Set Your Goal
Decide how many ducks your team wants to adopt. Each duck is $5, and we recommend setting an ambitious but achievable goal that excites your team members.
Spread the Word
Share your team page with friends, family, and colleagues. Use our ready-made social media graphics and email templates to make fundraising easy.
Watch Your Impact Grow
Track your progress on the leaderboard and celebrate milestones! Your fundraising directly supports children and adults with disabilities through United Rehabilitation Services.
Team Fundraising Ideas
Office Competition
Challenge departments or branches to compete against each other. The winning team gets bragging rights and a special prize, like a catered lunch or prime parking spots for a month.
Duck-a-Day Challenge
Commit to adopting one duck ($5) per day for a month as a team. Create a calendar showing who's responsible each day and watch your total climb to $150!
Duck-Themed Bake Sale
Host a bake sale with yellow treats and duck-shaped cookies. Display information about United Rehabilitation Services alongside your goodies to educate customers.
Social Media Challenge
Create a fun duck-related challenge (like a duck dance or duck impersonation) and tag friends to either join the challenge or donate to your team.
